Long serving Town Councillor Libby Glover has also been a District Councillor for South Norfolk Council. Libby was part of the project to secure a Grant from South Norfolk Council to cover the costs for our Rainbow Bench which is outside the Costessey Centre amongst the beautiful flower beds.
