Council Tax Precept
Town Councillors approved a 1% Council Tax Precept increase for the period 01 April 2017 to 31 March 2018, which is collected by South Norfolk Council. The 1% increase to £111.51 per annum is assumes two adults live in a Band D property paying the full charge. Higher and lower bands pay different rates with South Norfolk Council administering discounts, exemptions and benefits. During February Norfolk County Council, South Norfolk Council and Norfolk Constabulary will decide on their charges, which combined make up the full Council Tax charge.
